Am creating the appraisal form for IIUM academic staff using Microsoft Excel……when it come to the part I have to type in the description…..I need to stop. There are a lot to type….attached is the draft copy….
Just click the image to download….but as I told you it is not ready yet. Why I need to create an electronic form? Because I hate handwriting. I am too lazy to write. And….I don’t like repetitive thing. I know that I need to submit this form at least twice a year…therefore I create the automated version, so that I just need to choose my position & the appropriate weightage will be inserted to all relevant cells.
One good thing about this form, it should eliminates the need to submit any other form for Annual Salary Movement, Report on Assessment of Performance, Promotion & for rrnewal of contract……However I’ll wait & see whether it’s true that MSD won’t ask for anything else but this form…..
This is not an offical system developed by authority. It is just my contribution to colleagues who wish to use it. It is by no mean free from error & I shall not be responsible for any error or bad consequences when ones use this template.
This template is designed using Microsoft Excel 2007 & you should enable the macro. To save, I recommend you to save it as PDF or if you want to it as Excel format, just save it without its macro enabled.
